Pool Rental Information

The pool may be rented from mid May through mid August. You must be a resident of Southside Place or have a resident sponsor your event in order to rent the pool. 

• More than six guests per Southside Place household will be considered a “party” for which a reservation must be made.
• Citizens hosting pool parties are responsible for the conduct of their guests, and must accompany their guests throughout the duration of the party.
• All guests at pool parties are expected to follow the pool's rules, which can be found here: https://southsideplacetx.gov/965/Pool-Rules.
• If guests are consistently breaking pool rules, you may lose your deposit for the event. 
• To make a reservation, email adeavers@southsideplacetx.gov or call 832- 509-4642. Please schedule as far in advance as possible. Our schedule is made for each month by the 24th of the prior month. Reservations requested after the 24th of the month prior cannot be assured, although efforts will be made to accommodate, if possible. All reservations are subject to lifeguard availability.
• If you are serving food/drink at your event, a $55 flat janitorial service fee will be charged. There is a 2 hour minimum for pool rentals. There is a $200 deposit for all pool rentals. Your party is not scheduled until you make the deposit and receive confirmation. Refunds of deposits will be made only for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the party. ***There will be no refunds available on deposits for parties scheduled May 15- June 7.
• All pool parties will be staffed with additional lifeguards to achieve a ratio of one lifeguard for every twenty-five swimmers.

Additional Pool Party Rules

• No confetti, glowsticks, or sparklers of any kind are allowed. 
• No glass of any kind is allowed inside the pool gates.
• Your party must be off the premises at the end of your rental time.
• All pool parties are subject to Southside Pool's policy on weather. 

Rental Fees

Rates are charged per hour (minimum of 2 hours), and vary according to the number of guests and the day of the week. The table below outlines pool party rates.

*** Season Pass Holders receive a 25% discount from the “citizen” rates listed below
